
I'm in the field so I can't answer for our corporate office.... But when I do visit the office in Philadelphia, its always a positive environment with a lot going on.
Its like working in the 80's based on movies ive seen. Did i say gossipy managers and cliques in the office?
there's a volleyball team- cool people
Basic employee perks like bringing in food for employees, convenient services like mobile oil change and gym discounts
friendly atmosphere, diversity amongst the staff
Less stress and better work life balance
They are growing so fast. This should be a company that everybody is trying to get into but it's the opposite! They claim they can't find people to fill open positions but yet they treat you so poorly while you're there that people end up leaving or just keep such a poor attitude and work ethic.
