What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our leadership team
They truly care. My managers are always available, and they always do what they say they will. Rare trait nowadays.
They are there when you need them
Open minded and in touch with base
driven and not afraid to try new ideas
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat your employees with Fairness and Respect. There is No advancement because of no recognition when you go above and beyond. When you try, they block you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health benefits and good anount of paid vacation also
Insurance coverage for medical and vision
Stock options and NQ stock awards are great. Salary is a nice comfort and the added commission packages are fantastic. If you're willing to work for it, the sky is the limit for compensation.

Would like more focus on giving back to the community but otherwise, I am quite happy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Happy hours Ms teambuilding would better benefit our pockets. We dont want to hang out with our toxic coworkers.
Your made promises when you start and they never followed through with it.
Because this company fires employees and never hires replacements just put more responsibility on the remaining employees without offering raises, this has happened with 8 employees getting fired in a 3 yr piored and no replacements being hired & responsibilitys being spread out for remaining crew.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're reliable. Consider them friends before coworkers.
Like most big companies, some good employees with most being average
friendly and appreciate hard work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop lying to get ahead. There is more to life than work. Stop acting as if your so important by constantky chatting and gosipping through teams.
Most of them will throw you under the bus to get on the good side of management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm in the field so I can't answer for our corporate office.... But when I do visit the office in Philadelphia, its always a positive environment with a lot going on.
Its like working in the 80's based on movies ive seen. Did i say gossipy managers and cliques in the office?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less stress and better work life balance
They are growing so fast. This should be a company that everybody is trying to get into but it's the opposite! They claim they can't find people to fill open positions but yet they treat you so poorly while you're there that people end up leaving or just keep such a poor attitude and work ethic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were really professional and gave me a lot of information about the company
It was a true conversation. Every Person I met with genuinely wanted to learn about me, but also why I wanted to get into this field. They were honest and always available
They promised the moon and delivered cold pizza without the sauce.

No people skills, so its easy to get through. HR is clearly just herding as many oeille in to keep uo with turnover.

Succeeding and doing really good
Successful surgeries. Growth opportunities are abundant due to our massive, continously expanding portfolio

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change how the management treats manufacturing employees before their reputation gets even worse and no one wants to work there or you'll end up having to pay an excessive salary for workers.
