Mr. Ted Tzeng serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at Glowpoint, Inc. & served as its Vice President of Information Technology since 2013. Mr. Tzeng leads engineering and development for Glowpoint. He has more than 19 years of experience building and delivering technology solutions for a diverse set of industries including healthcare, financial and media. His development expertise is complemented by his extensive experience architecting and managing high availability production environments. He served as Vice President of Technology at Rays, PA since 2009. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of AccuPost Corporation and SpireMedia. He focused his efforts on business process management and workflow automation at Rays Teleradiology and AccuPost. Prior to joining AccuPost, he co-founded ClearScope. He has provided technical expertise to start-ups such as BrainPlay.com/KBKids.com, New Era of Networks (NEON), SMR Enterprises and NetSymmetry. Mr. Tzeng earned a Bachelor of Science in business and economics from Lehigh University.

Mr. David C. Clark has been the Chief Financial Officer of Glowpoint, Inc. since joining in March 2013 and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Clark leads the global financial operations team and is responsible for investor relations. His responsibilities at Glowpoint, Inc also include financial planning and reporting, accounting, taxes and treasury. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of Allos Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2006 and its Vice President of Finance since February 2007. He also served as Treasurer of Allos Therapeutics Inc. since May 2004. Mr. Clark served as Corporate Controller of Allos Therapeutics Inc. from May 2004 to April 2007 and Assistant Secretary October 2004 and also served as Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Secretary at Allos Therapeutics Inc from May 2004 to October 2004. While at Allos, he was responsible for oversight and management of all financial activities, including equity financings, strategic financial planning and investor relations. From March 2000 to October 2003, he served several positions at Seurat Company (formerly, XOR Inc.) and also served as its Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From 1992 to March 2000, he worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Clark is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Masters of Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver.

Mr. Matt Thompson has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Glowpoint, Inc. since December 2013 and served as its Vice President of Operations since joining in 2012. Mr. Thompson leads all service and support operations including conference production, customer service and Business-Class Support services such as monitoring, management and Helpdesk. He is a visionary in the area of customer service, dedicated to driving results through innovative problem solving, process optimization and change management. He served as Senior Director of Operations at Affinity VideoNet, Inc., since October 2012 and oversaw support and service functions. He has more than 13 years of experience with audio, web and video conferencing, having held various director level roles at Raindance Communications and InterCall. He has built and led large support teams and has focused on delivering high-touch, customer-centric service with the goal of ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. During the last 10 years of working in the conferencing industry, he has worked to build, re-engineer and redefine large customer support organizations while leading his teams towards a shared mission and dedication to customer satisfaction. Mr. Thompson holds MBA in Business and Technology Management and earned has Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

David Clark serves as the CFO of Glowpoint, Inc.. David started at Glowpoint, Inc. in March of 2013. David currently resides in Greater Denver Area.
