Overall, the direction that GR0 has grown in has been a positive one. They're making some attempts at allowing for healthy work life balance, although I do see most of the employees frequently killing themselves to make things work. I appreciate the company's attempts at improvement.

I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.
