What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe the best leaders are those who work harder and set the example for everyone else. GR0's leadership exemplifies this unlike any other company I've seen.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
GR0's flexible PTO policy is by far the best part of my compensation package! Knowing that they care enough about me as a person to know I have a life outside of work and may need more than a few weeks off each year is what sets them apart from any other company. That's worth more to me than salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is average, but working at an agency is demanding and fast-paced so it can be difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.

There is little oversight into the different teams and there aren't opportunities to connect and discuss areas of improvement with upper management. There isn't a clear hierarchy of roles for employees and people aren't able to get properly recognized for their efforts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about GR0 is the unanimous desire to improve as a company and as individuals. Each person is passionate about improving, and together, we all help each other do just that.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The open line of communication with people at the company, they happily answered all of my questions as they arose.

I really enjoyed the interview process here at GR0. I was able to meet with both CEO's and got a really good feel of the company and its culture. Everyone was very transparent and respectful and I immediately felt a sense of belonging.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love learning new things, taking on new responsibilities, working on projects, and helping wherever I can. Each day is a day to improve as a person, and GR0 helps me do just that.

Knowing I'm making a difference. I have a large team and I know that how I conduct myself and execute my role can and hopefully does make a positive impact on their work life.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of the writing is often poor, which makes editing extremely difficult. I often have to rewrite entire pieces, which reduces my number of edits, resulting in me falling behind. But if the edits aren't perfect, that's also bad. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
