Out of 859 GR0 employee reviews, 98% were positive. The remaining 2% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping GR0 improve their work culture. The Sales team, with 100% positive reviews, reports the best experience at GR0 compared to all other departments at the company. The Communications team offered the most constructive feedback, with 5% of that department's reviews constructive in nature.
I believe the best leaders are those who work harder and set the example for everyone else. GR0's leadership exemplifies this unlike any other company I've seen.
Review from Operations Dept
They have transparency and intentionality with each employee no matter where they rank in the company!
Review from Marketing Dept
They make a point to meet each new employee. They communicate with the team often, are transparent, and show they care. They emphasize their open-door policy. They care a lot about our workplace culture and want to make sure it's a happy and fun place to work.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication is open and easy.

GR0's flexible PTO policy is by far the best part of my compensation package! Knowing that they care enough about me as a person to know I have a life outside of work and may need more than a few weeks off each year is what sets them apart from any other company. That's worth more to me than salary.
Review from Operations Dept
Unlimited PTO and Fringe points!
Review from Marketing Dept
That it is competitive with other similar roles in the job market
Review from Marketing Dept
Best part is there is one.
Review from Marketing Dept
Very flexible Paid Time Off
Review from Marketing Dept
Pay is average, but working at an agency is demanding and fast-paced so it can be difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Review from Marketing Dept
I believe it is unclear how compensation actually works.
Review from HR Dept
I don't feel undervalued as a person or in what people expect from me, however I believe the salary is slightly under what it should be for my position.
Review from Marketing Dept
I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.
Review from Communications Dept
There is little oversight into the different teams and there aren't opportunities to connect and discuss areas of improvement with upper management. There isn't a clear hierarchy of roles for employees and people aren't able to get properly recognized for their efforts.
Review from Marketing Dept
My team is always there to help, pick up the slack, answer questions, offer bandwidth, and encourage me.
Review from Operations Dept
I never have to doubt that my team isn't working hard. They always give their best, and they make themselves available to help and answer questions along the way. We are truly a team!
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone cares about their work and being nice to each other. They are interested in each other as people, not just coworkers. They are fun, supportive, and happy to help.
Review from Marketing Dept
Our team in particular is very autonomous and conscientious of one another's needs, making it easy to get help when needed
Review from Marketing Dept
Other leadership are very clearly experts in their field- and I see the same level of commitment from them when it comes to trying to collaborate, respond to challenges and feedback, etc.
I feel like I haven't had a lot of opportunities to work collaboratively with coworkers. So I don't know them very well
Review from Marketing Dept
The most positive thing about GR0 is the unanimous desire to improve as a company and as individuals. Each person is passionate about improving, and together, we all help each other do just that.
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Also, people are quick to encourage each other! You don't always see that elsewhere.
Review from Marketing Dept
There are multiple opportunities to interact with coworkers cross-departmentally despite being a mainly WFH company. I feel like I know my team well despite the large size.
Review from Marketing Dept
Everyone's collectively positive attitude, even when dealing with something that would induce the opposite
Review from Marketing Dept
The engagement, overall. Generally, people seem to feel free to pipe up and chime in on many subjects. Contributing ideas, thoughts, challenges, etc. even in group settings.

The open line of communication with people at the company, they happily answered all of my questions as they arose.
Review from Communications Dept
I really enjoyed the interview process here at GR0. I was able to meet with both CEO's and got a really good feel of the company and its culture. Everyone was very transparent and respectful and I immediately felt a sense of belonging.

I love learning new things, taking on new responsibilities, working on projects, and helping wherever I can. Each day is a day to improve as a person, and GR0 helps me do just that.
Review from Operations Dept
The work I get to do and the team I get to do it with!
Review from Marketing Dept
Being able to do work that I'm proud of and being given the creative freedom to make changes and authoritative decisions on a campaign when needed.
Review from Marketing Dept
Being in an environment where my contributions are seen and recognized by people both above and below me in terms of seniority and rank
Review from Marketing Dept
Knowing I'm making a difference. I have a large team and I know that how I conduct myself and execute my role can and hopefully does make a positive impact on their work life.
The quality of the writing is often poor, which makes editing extremely difficult. I often have to rewrite entire pieces, which reduces my number of edits, resulting in me falling behind. But if the edits aren't perfect, that's also bad. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
More collaboration within the different teams
