I believe the best leaders are those who work harder and set the example for everyone else. GR0's leadership exemplifies this unlike any other company I've seen.

Given my access level, I know that they are very earnestly invested in making GR0 a success- that earnestness feeling I think stems from it being clear that they give 110% effort, every day, and being very open minded about suggestions and talking them through.
Transparency with middle management and those employees wth their boots on the ground as appropriate. It's the most transparency I have seen in all the companies I have worked for.
