I have had a great learning experience at GR0 due to the startup, fast-paced nature which has challenged me to be quick on my feet and think outside the box on ways to contribute to the bigger picture and improve processes within the company as well as my role.

An excellent learning experience that has required me to be more adaptive and open to many new challenges that are constantly shifting. My team is fun, supportive, and upbeat. I've been able to grow a ton in my career because of the creative freedom given to employees to better the company.

That it is competitive with other similar roles in the job market
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is extremely friendly, approachable, and professional. They care about everyone individually and foster an open and positive environment to work in!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do work that I'm proud of and being given the creative freedom to make changes and authoritative decisions on a campaign when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are multiple opportunities to interact with coworkers cross-departmentally despite being a mainly WFH company. I feel like I know my team well despite the large size.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares about their work and being nice to each other. They are interested in each other as people, not just coworkers. They are fun, supportive, and happy to help.

Everyone is so inclusive, they really care about the company and their work. Everyone strives to improve the processes for the better of the company and help each other learn and do better as a TEAM.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their friendliness. The leadership team makes sure to make every employee feel like a part of the team, cared about, and heard. I feel valued as an employee and like I have a voice within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The larger team is a group of friendly people who are happy to engage with others, help out, and care about each other as individuals! Many laughs and smiles are shared across the company and it feels comfortable and easy to connect!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is little oversight into the different teams and there aren't opportunities to connect and discuss areas of improvement with upper management. There isn't a clear hierarchy of roles for employees and people aren't able to get properly recognized for their efforts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Things are still in the up and coming phase, so right now I will speak upon how much GR0 goes out of their way to make each employee feel cared about and valued with monthly gifts, biweekly raffles, birthday packages, and so much more!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GR0 fosters and positive and happy work environment where people feel cared about and are able to engage with each other across departments and have fun, upbeat conversations. Most everyone at GR0 seems to really care about their job and supporting the company's values and goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make a point to meet each new employee. They communicate with the team often, are transparent, and show they care. They emphasize their open-door policy. They care a lot about our workplace culture and want to make sure it's a happy and fun place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positivity of the team and how much everyone engages with each other and how comfortable everything feels. We really have a fantastic group at GR0. I love that everyone cares about the success of the company and works hard to do what's right and be a team.

The work environment, in general, is extremely positive. We really all feel like a true team and everyone is here to support one another. I look forward to interacting with my team each day and feel genuinely cared about as a person. Everyone is so fun, upbeat, and caring about the company
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the open communication environment we have where it feels comfortable to be myself on Slack and engage with other teammates and get to know them better or reach out whenever I have a question or need help! My team is friendly and happy 98% of the time and believes in doing what's right!
