Some of the people are really great. Most are very cooperative and eager to help/be a part of the team.

There are health coaches that periodically put on events, like Lunch and Learn or information tables. If you ever have the time to attend, those can be nice.

My manager was a really enjoyable person to talk to. He's very personable and likes to tell stories. It was just a good conversation. He answered my questions, and I answered his.

Leadership needs to manage their expectations and loosen their grip on the pocketbook. The company needs to standardize and begin investing in technology for the day-to-day tasks that MUST be carried out. Excel is not a database nor a project management tool.

They will not hire anyone. It's not just COVID. They're proud of how "slim" they can run at the Dallas facility. It gets "slimmer" every year. Expect to have at least 2 jobs. I don't mean extra duties. You will have a whole other job title's duties, unoffically. You also won't have any software.

I was hired on as a level one in my career tree. I later found out I was executing the duties of the next three levels up. They chose never to hire for those positions. One-man crew. I eventually took a new position and was told to also continue my previous work, because they "couldn't hire".
