His practice spans not only software, hardware and services companies, but he also has an extensive life science company practice in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices. Because his practice spans the entire life cycle of a company, he has in-depth experience helping not only new start-ups but also maturing companies seeking liquidity through a public offering or a sale. He is also one of the few attorneys in the country who combines an emerging growth company corporate practice with a top-tier venture fund practice. He serves as Counsel to numerous top-tier venture capital firms across the country, advising those funds on formation and other operational matters. He was a Partner in the Palo Alto office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Prior to that, Mr. Hachigian served as an Associate in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Latham & Watkins and in the audit group in the San Francisco office of Price Waterhouse.
