Probably the worst experience of my professional life and I am looking for an exit
Despite difficult times, the organisation is forging ahead - need to build up from the sparse structure we have now
The opportunities I have been given to take on new challenges and feel supported by management have been second to none.
When I came, the culture was terrible and some people didn't want to face reality. After some people left, it improved. The termination of the old CEO was a big shock and destabilised the company. Since that time, I have become increasingly confident in the direction set by the new CEO.
I enjoy working with the team and making progress on both the technology we deploy and the customers we serve.
