When I came, the culture was terrible and some people didn't want to face reality. After some people left, it improved. The termination of the old CEO was a big shock and destabilised the company. Since that time, I have become increasingly confident in the direction set by the new CEO.

Recent events at iCetana have (understandably) left the leadership of iCetana in some disarray. While there are some signs of recovery, and many of the team are rallying behind the new plans and structure, C-level people and managers need to be decisive, and communicate more clearly and transparently.
