I have been challenged time and again. I've been here for 30+ years and have seen a lot of changes. It has certainly not all been easy. If it weren't for the support, shared experiences, goals, and high ethics, I would not have been willing to keep coming back.

We get along and build each other up. We laugh a lot together.

I've felt many of my coworkers have genuinely cared about me and what I go through. My ethics are not compromised.

Feeling of making a difference. Making others better and more efficient. Learning something new so I can teach others how to do it quicker.

They are open and ethical. They don't work in a way that conflicts with my beliefs and morals. They work for the best of the company.

We get along. We might not always agree, but we work for the betterment of our products, projects and clients. I succeed when my team succeeds.

I think they make smart and ethical decisions to move forward. They push us hard, but I believe they reward the efforts. I don't feel the pressure to compromise my ethics.

My wife and I have each had severe health issues over the years. The insurance helped us get through without a major financial hardship. Plus, I was allowed more than adequate time away to deal with both situations.

It is fair and competitive. It provides good health and welfare benefits. I am sure I could get higher pay at other places, but there is a lot more to IMEG than just the pay. The people, leadership, culture, and ethics are just as important or more.

We get along. My team has the same mission. Never do I feel like anyone on the team or in leadership is trying to advance by unethical means. The goal is to advance and grow IMEG, but not at the cost of our morals, ethics or beliefs.
