What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is very responsive when asked questions and brings a somewhat personal flare to each conversation. I like the personal aspects they bring to the table.

At the IMEG branch office I work, my supervisors are very understanding and have realistic expectations when it comes to completing a job. They encourage productivity and show appreciations various ways when extra efforts are put in.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Each medical plan has its perks and is tailored to each individual's needs. Quarterly bonuses are always nice surprise as well.

Although salaried, the overtime someone works is accounted and paid for during quarters the company is doing well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay, more communication & less assumption that employees have all the time in the world to do what is needed "to get things done". Poor planning on others part does not result in emergency on the back end.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team member brings a specific design approach to each project. I appreciate the different ways our team manages/designs projects. This gives multiple viewpoints as we progress through final completion.

Better communication from leadership (tech ops). There are far too many rules & correct places to ask for help & non-personal responses.
