Mr. Richard K. Howe, also known as Rich, has been an Executive Chairman of Inuvo, Inc. since March 2012 and its Chief Executive Officer since December 19, 2012. Mr. Howe served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Inuvo, Inc. from November 17, 2008 to March 2012. He has been on the forefront of software, services, data and analytics technology designed to drive business intelligence for more than 15 years. He served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions of Acxiom Corporation until November 17, 2008 and Products Consulting & Marketing since 2004. He had global responsibility for product marketing, marketing communications, marketing relations, advertising, public relations, alliances, events, creative services and interactive/direct marketing. In his role as Strategy Leader of Acxiom Corporation, he helped drive its growth through the execution of business strategies designed to meet market changes and mitigate competitive threats. He joined Acxiom Corporation in 2004 as an Officer and was responsible for building Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Mr. Howe was employed by Fair Isaac Corporation, where he served as General Manager of Global Marketing Services unit. He was instrumental in Fair Isaac's purchase of HNC, a software company at which he worked from 1997 to 1999. He founded ieWild Inc. and served as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. He has launched more than a dozen products and been involved in more than 10 merger-and-acquisition transactions. He has also held positions in product marketing, project management, sales management, software development and construction engineering. He has been a Director of Inuvo, Inc. since November 17, 2008. Mr. Howe received a Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering from Concordia University, Canada and a Masters degree in Engineering from McGill University, Canada.

Mr. John B. Pisaris, Esq. has been General Counsel of Inuvo, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Pisaris served as General Counsel of ALOT, Inc. Mr. Pisaris served as General Counsel of Vertro, Inc. (formerly Miva Inc.) since October 2004 and also served as its Secretary. He served as Vice President of Vertro, Inc. from February to October 2004. He served as Vice President of legal department for Vertro, Inc. Mr. Pisaris was a Partner of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP from January 2002 to January 2004 and served as its Associate from 1993 to 2002. At Porter Wright, Mr. Pisaris practiced in the corporate and securities group and advised clients on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities offerings and securities compliance. Mr. Pisaris is a Graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Hillsdale College.

Mr. Wallace D. Ruiz, Sr., also known as Wally, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Inuvo, Inc. since June 1, 2010 and serves as its Secretary also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Previously, Mr. Ruiz served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at SRI Surgical Express Inc., from July 1, 2005 to April 17, 2009. Mr. Ruiz served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Novadigm Inc. from 1995 to 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He began his career at Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Young & Company) in 1975. He joined General Mills Inc. in 1980. He served as Vice President of Finance of Tropigas International Corp. from 1982 to 1989. Mr. Ruiz served as Chief Financial Officer of L. Luria & Son Inc. from 1989 to 1993. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Unisa Holdings from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Ruiz is a Certified Public Accountant. He has Masters in Business Administration, degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.

Mr. Don Walker Barrett III, also known as Trey, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Inuvo, Inc. since February 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Mr. Barrett served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Inuvo, Inc. He was responsible for the development and management of strategic partnerships, as well as the development of integrated solutions across all of Inuvo's various businesses. Mr. Barrett joined Inuvo in February 2010. With over 25 years of data-driven direct marketing experience, he has been involved in several successful business start-ups in the direct and interactive marketing industries. Prior to joining Inuvo, he served as Acxiom Corporations Director of Interactive Media Products overseeing the innovation and development of the Relevance-X product line. Mr. Barrett earned a bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Economics from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Ms. Andrea Haldeman has been the Chief Revenue Officer at Inuvo, Inc. since June 19, 2017. Ms. Haldeman is responsible for the growth of both Inuvo's supply and demand side marketplace of publishers and advertisers. She served as a Senior Vice President of Sales for Infogroup Targeting Solutions at Infogroup Inc. since March 30, 2016 until June 14, 2017. She was responsible for driving sales that leverage customer and 3rd party data to enhance clients business performance across BtoB and BtoC. Ms. Haldeman has over 20 years' experience in data and analytics solutions. Prior to joining Infogroup Targeting Solutions, Ms. Haldeman spent 17 years at Acxiom, with her most recent position as Vice President of Sales & Account Management in Global Partner Development. She served as a Vice President of Distribution Solutions Group at Acxiom. During her tenure at Acxiom as well as Gateway Europe and National Demographics & Lifestyles before that, Ms. Haldeman has crafted data-based multichannel solutions in industries including Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Automotive, Technology, Nonprofit, Utilities, Agencies, Brokers & Resellers and other Channel Partners. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board at SpotRight, Inc. Ms. Haldeman has a BA from Oberlin College.

Trey Barrett serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Inuvo, Inc.. Trey started at Inuvo, Inc. in January of 2010. Trey currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas Area.

Wally Ruiz serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Inuvo, Inc.. Wally started at Inuvo, Inc. in June of 2010. Wally currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas Area.

Amy Porter serves as the Vice President-Corporate Controller of Inuvo, Inc.. Amy currently resides in the Little Rock, Arkansas Area.
