Mr. Richard K. Howe, also known as Rich, has been an Executive Chairman of Inuvo, Inc. since March 2012 and its Chief Executive Officer since December 19, 2012. Mr. Howe served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Inuvo, Inc. from November 17, 2008 to March 2012. He has been on the forefront of software, services, data and analytics technology designed to drive business intelligence for more than 15 years. He served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions of Acxiom Corporation until November 17, 2008 and Products Consulting & Marketing since 2004. He had global responsibility for product marketing, marketing communications, marketing relations, advertising, public relations, alliances, events, creative services and interactive/direct marketing. In his role as Strategy Leader of Acxiom Corporation, he helped drive its growth through the execution of business strategies designed to meet market changes and mitigate competitive threats. He joined Acxiom Corporation in 2004 as an Officer and was responsible for building Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Mr. Howe was employed by Fair Isaac Corporation, where he served as General Manager of Global Marketing Services unit. He was instrumental in Fair Isaac's purchase of HNC, a software company at which he worked from 1997 to 1999. He founded ieWild Inc. and served as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. He has launched more than a dozen products and been involved in more than 10 merger-and-acquisition transactions. He has also held positions in product marketing, project management, sales management, software development and construction engineering. He has been a Director of Inuvo, Inc. since November 17, 2008. Mr. Howe received a Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering from Concordia University, Canada and a Masters degree in Engineering from McGill University, Canada.
