General manager fails to help out his employees when it comes to having a rush of customers spends his time in the back room chatting on the phone or with other employees. General manager has 2 employees at a time including himself on a lunch break.

Spends most of his time at the boh on his phone looking at memes although he sees a team member struggling with orders he does not comply with his speed of serv.
