What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate and are great team players
my team member co workers are fun
My team, aside from my manager, treats me fairly and friendly, while maintaining professionalism and leadership to get work done efficiently and effectively.
my fellow team members are mostly great and two of the team leaders are too because we show up on time and help each other.
the teammembers are lovely and it would be a good job if it wasnt for the managers.
we all agree on the same things about management

I havent been there long enough to even be in one, plus she always used to just text us stuff. Like things that needed to be done, or upcoming events like ecosure

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Only the shift leads need improvement on attitude and how to treat team members with basic respect
Communication and working together as a team
Just being more open minded to those just starting and those who do things a bit differently than them
they need to improve on actually working during down time instead of sitting in the back using their phones
Being professional at all times non discriminatory and fair withoit being biased and showing favortism
All my shift leads and managers are related therefore they do whatever they want
There is no meetings at all.General manager refuses to have meetings because he feels that they are useless
