I wouldn't say I liked it, but I wouldn't say it was a negative experience either

they asked me what specifically i wasn't looking for in my last job and let me explain those things

There was a series of separate interviews with the stores management and shift leads. Which was very effective in finding the right person for the job.

the manager at the time was extremely nice and helpful and told me everything I needed to know.

I feel like jamba is too quick to hire whomever and maybe need to be more picky because a lot of these people get hired and leave within a week

They need to hire new people not friends
