Mr. Benjamin A. Walden, also known as Ben, FCAS, MAAA, has been Chief Actuary of Kingstone Insurance Company at Kingstone Companies, Inc. since December 16, 2013 and serves as Executive Vice President of Kingstone Insurance Company and served as its Senior Vice President since February 2015. Mr. Walden served as Vice President of Kingstone Insurance Company from December 2013 to February 2015. He served as Vice President and Chief Actuary of Autoone Insurance Company from October 2001 to April 2009. He joined AutoOne in October of 2001 as it was being created. From February 2010 to November 2013, he served as Chief Actuary for Interboro Insurance Company, a personal lines carrier. From July 2008 to February 2010, he was President of Assigned Risk Consulting, Inc. He has over 14 years of property-casualty insurance experience, specializing in personal lines and specifically in the New York assigned risk auto market. Prior to joining AutoOne, Mr. Walden was a Consulting Actuary with Milliman USA in New York, where he was the designated personal auto expert for the New York office from January 1998 to October 2001. Prior to Milliman, he spent nearly three years as the supervising actuary for the Robert Plan Corporation, a leading servicing carrier for assigned risk business throughout the country. He began his career at the CIGNA Companies in Philadelphia where he held positions in the homeowners, commercial lines and domestic special risk reserving units. He has been Director of Kingstone Insurance Company since February 2015. He has been a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society since 1999 and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Walden graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1989.

Mr. Brodsky served as Principal Accounting Officer of Vertical Branding, Inc., until May 16, 2008 and President of its subsidiary, Medical Financial Corp. He served as a Secretary of Kingstone Companies, Inc. since December 2008. He was primarily responsible for successfully resolving all SEC comments on the two spin-offs that MFC has been a party to, prior to the stock acquisition of all WWE common stock. He has experience in executive and financial management of public companies. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, financings, registration statements, SEC reporting as well as executive management. He served as an Accounting Manager for 16 years at the CPA firm of Michael & Adest, in New York. He has been a Director of Commercial Mutual Insurance Company, a New York property and casualty insurer, since February 2008. He served as a Director of Mfc Development Corp. from May 2002 to November 29, 2005 and Vertical Branding from May 2002 to November 2005. Mr. Brodsky earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1981, with a major in accounting and is a licensed CPA in New York.
