Benefits do not seem to trickle down. Performance and or loyalty is not rewarded or recognized until multiple attempts are made just to be heard.

Employees are expendable. That thought process needs to change.
Compensation based on performance does not seem to exist. Just an arbitrary number that barely keeps up with inflation
