They are human, understanding, and interested in helping staff grown both individually and as a team. Despite the pandemia and plummeted work, they did not let one person go. They show genuine care and interest for personnel.

They work with you and for your development not for their own gain. The are very family focused

LHP is truly a culture of caring and mentorship. Our CEO David Glass is truly insterested in and cares for all LHP employees. Every six weeks he holds a small group lunch with new hires to give them his vision directly and hear their goals. Truly a CEO who listens and cares.

we are able to work both in remote and in presence; due to the pandemia, we are working in remote yet we are engaging and proactive amongst ourselves and with suppliers and clients. If someone needs help, there's always someone else there to help.

More focus should be put on the guys and gals that bring in the cash for LHP. They are the back bone. There needs to be something extra in there for them.

Employees are expendable. That thought process needs to change. Compensation based on performance does not seem to exist. Just an arbitrary number that barely keeps up with inflation
