LineVision VP of People and Business Operations, Susan Hollingshead manages human resources including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, corporate training, and business operations. Throughout her purpose-driven career, Susan has led companies as a founder and also as a key executive hired to help build and grow organizations that meet higher standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. She has touched a broad spectrum of industries including clean-tech, software, finance, real estate, and insurance. The common thread that runs through Susan’s career is her dedication to “movements” and “sea changes,” driven by business and consumer needs. Before co-founding TruLocal, Susan served as Chief People Officer of Vendini, a San Francisco-based SaaS company, providing broad solutions for businesses and organizations in performing arts, live music, and event spaces. Prior to that, she was Chief People and Corporate Services Officer of Sungevity, where her leadership efforts helped drive the company to prominence as the largest privately-held global solar service company. Susan received a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, completed the executive program at the American Management Association, and is SPHR Certified. As Vice President of Sales for LineVision, Alex Houghtaling leverages nearly two decades of sales leadership experience working exclusively with innovative technology and energy firms. He has been at the forefront of helping companies realize the power of intelligent energy practices and leveraging innovative technologies. Alex leads LineVision’s global sales team in creating and executing sales strategies focused on electric power utilities. Prior to LineVision, Alex led sales organizations at Enel X, a leader in smart energy management and cloud technologies, EnerNOC, a leader in energy intelligence software, and Abbott Laboratories, a global health technology leader. Alex lives in Boston, MA and can be spotted in the surrounding areas doing any number of outdoor activities that help him tire out his young twins and breathe the ocean air of New England.

Jonathan leads LineVision’s Product Management and Marketing teams and is responsible for LineVision’s commercial innovation, technical sales support, and marketing strategy. He has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and over 15 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Jonathan lives in Denver, CO where you are likely to cross paths with him on a mountain while backcountry alpine ski-touring in the winter or hiking in the summer.

As Co-Founder and Chief Scientist, Nathan Pinney is responsible for the development and deployment of LineVision’s hardware and software systems. Nathan and his development team oversee data collection from LineVision’s growing global power sensor network and the analytics that convert data into actionable intelligence for LineVision’s clients. Nathan began working with overhead line monitoring technology while working as Senior Research Scientist with Genscape, the leading provider of real-time data and intelligence for energy markets, prior to co-founding LineVision. Nathan completed his PhD with the University of Wisconsin’s Computational Materials Group in 2013 where his research focused on simulating the thermodynamics of iron and aluminum oxyhydroxide mineral interactions with groundwater systems. Nathan also earned a BS in Physics from the University of Kentucky. Nathan lives in New Albany, IN and in his free time enjoys woodworking, tandem cycling with his wife, and native-species gardening. He is the President of Falls City Community BikeWorks, a 501c3 non-profit community bicycle shop in Louisville, KY that provides expert bike repair guidance and free access to repair tools and supplies for the Louisville Metro area.

Ana brings over 4 years of experience in solar energy, leading solar park construction projects in South America and Spain. Additionally, her work experience includes companies in the US, Europe, and Chile. She graduated with a Master of Science from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. Originally from Moldova, in Eastern Europe, Ana currently lives in Malden, MA where she enjoys the area’s great outdoors.

Tim Stelzer is recognized for leading digital transformations and building high-performing global technology teams to successfully deliver world-class new IoT measurement and cloud SaaS offerings to market serving a diverse range of industries such as energy, industrial, automotive and semiconductor. Previously, Tim held senior R&D and application engineering leadership positions at NI (formerly National Instruments), a global leader in automated test & measurement systems. As Senior Director of Applications Engineering at NI, Tim led a team of engineers to design automated systems for the most ambitious emerging technologies such as autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), 5G RF semiconductors, and the clean, smart electric grid of the future. In addition to his industry experience, Tim holds a post as Scholar in Residence at the University of Colorado and serves on several engineering industry advisory and volunteer boards. Tim graduated with highest distinction from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, earning the department’s first Embedded Systems specialty. He is pursuing a Masters in Data Science at MIT, and holds post-graduate professional certificates in Renewable Energy and ML/AI. Tim is married with three children who all share a passion for international travel and high alpine adventures. He is an avid ultramarathon runner, mountain biker and backcountry skier.
