
They actually listen and consider feedback from individual employees, especially engineers, and quickly implement changes / communicate their progress to the company.
They take their work seriously, but are also fun. There's not much cliquey-ness at all and people support each other, even across teams
It's transparent, very competitive, and continually improving (frequent changes/update communications after just 6 months at the company) based on feedback from employees on what they value/are looking for.
I'm challenged, supported, working with modern technology, love the comp/benefits/perks, have friends at work, enjoy the office, and am given the flexibility to contribute beyond, as well as quickly take on more responsibility than, what my job role/title explicitly entails.
People know how to laugh and keep things light, even in high-stress situations, and there's not a lot of red tape. This makes it really rewarding to spend time with coworkers and/or head into the (fun & modern) office, on top of the ease with which employees can communicate / manage up
