Our ELT needs to get better at focusing on 2-3 main strategic goals and not more than that. They try to "bite off more than they can chew" by taking on too much and it disaggregates the company and its culture.
The executive leadership team needs to get better at not "biting off more than we can chew". The leadership team needs a concise 2-3 strategic goals and to stick to them. Instead, they have 15-20 strategic goals that we do mediocre rather than doing 2-3 goals really well.
Total compensation is very competitive and doesn't force a major cash pay cut to join a growing start up.

Coworkers needs to get better at being positive in the workplace. Our environment in the office is negative and it reflects in our work.
Core Values are clearly defined and used in everyday discussions. The company values diversity & inclusion (sponsored GHC) and seemingly has good representation at the company. They could use more diversity at the very top.

Everyone is so willing to lend a hand and help explain new concepts as needed. Managers and leaders are constantly working to make sure their team is educated and understands how the company works.
People know how to laugh and keep things light, even in high-stress situations, and there's not a lot of red tape. This makes it really rewarding to spend time with coworkers and/or head into the (fun & modern) office, on top of the ease with which employees can communicate / manage up
