They reel you in with good hours and an otherwise diverse and accepting company culture.. but at the end of the day no one cares about /you/. You're just a number. The great hours in beginning switch by bidding among your colleagues. Extremely understaffed and overwhelming workload.
Eliminate the word "Can't" from from all thoughts and discussions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING
