What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I don't think anything is at the fault of coworkers, when it is the lack of training they get. The company is constantly changing procedures and expects you to keep up with 50+ emails. Give us time to read them and cooperate together and we could actually do better.

I am quite and my coworkers are so over the top with the rude comments but no one says anything to them. I stand up for myself and I get written up
