Employee Programs

Racism and discrimination have no place in our health system. That’s true for our relationships with our patients and that’s true for our relationships with our colleagues. MultiCare has developed a number of education programs for our employees so they have the tools they need to care for all our patients in a compassionate and respectful manner. As part of the discussions about equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging that our organization has been engaged in, we have begun developing a more comprehensive Belonging Program.
