Our boss needs to stop favoring Brenda Tone just because she has good attendance. If you like being dismissed, disrespected and an afterthought this is the place for you

Knowing about the job requirements of those they manage. Paying attention to the mental health of their employees.

Communication is terrible. Leadership changes ALL. THE. TIME. They can't retain leadership which is a problem. No one in upper leadership stays more than 6 months.

They literally lie and contradict themselves. Tell you anything to get you there then preach about compassion while they’re treating you badly. Kind of a sc

Multicare gives you a 2% raise annually for doing a great job. Then hires new employees at a higher compensation rate. There is no benefit for loyalty.

More hours and fair overtime

The medical providers cannot function without my position and I am underpaid for what I do for being short staffed.

Pay is low. Managers do not fight for your compensation. They do not care about the employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The MAs, nurses and providers have been wonderful. It’s clear some of the providers no longer take pride in practicing good medicine due to burno

The morale can't get much lower after all of the losses we've experienced in the last 3 years

The girls that stick together to stay away from the bullies

What did you like most about the interview process?

The first interview was virtual and I got to meet the immediate nurse who would be training me. The transfer interview was very informal

Patient care is not a priority, funding is.

More capital investment in established hospitals such as Tacoma General - to upgrade and maintain physical buildings, to keep up with technology, to train and retain exemplary staff
