What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency and caring about employees so they can better care for patients

Review from Operations Dept

Employee engagement, compassion for employees and patients, operations to facilitate quality patient care

Our boss needs to stop favoring Brenda Tone just because she has good attendance. If you like being dismissed, disrespected and an afterthought this is the place for you

Knowing about the job requirements of those they manage. Paying attention to the mental health of their employees.

Communication is terrible. Leadership changes ALL. THE. TIME. They can't retain leadership which is a problem. No one in upper leadership stays more than 6 months.

making new employees feel welcomed by offering proper orientation.

Things have noticeably gone downhill as far as the cleanliness, quality of the cafeteria, quality of linens, staffing cuts that have affected response of housekeeping personnel to the nursing units. Quality Healthcare & customer service used to be the bottom line, but now it seems to be $$$$.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Staffing; listening to unions and getting better breaks and nurse:patient ratios.
