We don't feel very supported by administration. They tell us one thing and do another. Their decision making is either fickle or they cannot tell the truth.

I feel like the only direction they can go is up from our current situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The morale can't get much lower after all of the losses we've experienced in the last 3 years
