How's the vacation policy at National Funding?
Horrible. You get seven days of PTO and three days of sick time. I.e., well below average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at National Funding?
My pay is way below market for my title and responsibilities. I would feel better if my pay were raised to be at least somewhat competitive.

Employees need to feel valued (beyond culture building events) in terms of pay, respect, and trust.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at National Funding?
Employees, I think, feel micromanaged, and like cogs in the machine--very replaceable. They don't feel valued (in spite of fun events).
