- What are some of the best things about your team?They hold prior knowledge of why things are done a certain way.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?You are paid based on contribution and performance. My income has increased dramatically over the past few years as I've grown and shown I am able to contribute at a higher level. I love that I haven't had to "wait for a promotion" to increase my compensation, instead I just increase my skills.
