They're family oriented
I have been with Nissan for 5 years and they have become very greedy with their profits as they make it harder for the employees to get paid for selling their own product which does not make any sense as Nissan is finally competing with the big companies like Toyota and Honda.
Working here has been a great experience especially being new to the career field
I've been with the company for nearly 25 years - but all the changes and uncertainty make me question whether I can stay here much longer.
Overall it has been great to work for Nissan. I've learned things that I never thought I would know and met some amazing people who actually care how I'm doing instead of it just being a place to be 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
