A origem da Patrimar Engenharia Ltda. é de 1963, quando uma empresa atuante nas áreas rodoferroviária e de construção de estruturas de concreto armado se firmou no mercado pelo grande investimento em profissionais e equipamentos. Seu trabalho foi reconhecido nacionalmente a partir dos anos 70.Com o êxito, a empresa resolveu diversificar suas atividades, passando a realizar serviços de infraestrutura, saneamento, urbanização, construções prediais e obras industriais nas áreas privada e pública.Em 1980, foi fundada, então, a M. Martins Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda., empresa atuante no ramo de construções prediais, residenciais e comerciais. Essa foi a primeira denominação da Patrimar, que teve seu nome atual adotado em 1995.Hoje, a Patrimar está entre as mais modernas e eficientes empresas do país, tanto em estrutura e equipamentos quanto em know-how e versatilidade.
