Mr. John C. Rogers joined Peoples Bancorp Inc. (???Peoples???) in November 2015 when he appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peoples Bancorp and Peoples Bank. Prior to joining Peoples, Mr. Rogers worked for PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (???PNC???) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from 2001 to October 2015. Mr. Rogers served at PNC as Risk Executive from 2011 to 2015, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Retail Business Banking from 2003 to 2011, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Consumer Lending from 2001 to 2003. Prior to PNC, Mr. Rogers worked as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young LLP in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from 1998 to 2001, and as an Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse LLP in Buffalo, New York, from 1982 to 1991. He served as Regional Line of Business Audit Director for PNC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from 1991 to 1998.

Mr. Matt Edgell serves as Director of Investments and Vice President at Peoples Bancorp Inc. Mr. Edgell manages the investment portfolio of Peoples Bancorp and its subsidiaries. He is instrumental in managing the interest rate strategy for Peoples Bancorp. Mr. Edgell has been with Peoples Bancorp since 2006.

She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Peoples Bancorp Inc. and Peoples Bank from April 2007 to May 21, 2008. She served as a Treasurer of Peoples Bancorporation, Inc. and Peoples Bank from April 2007 to May 21, 2008. Ms. Schneeberger served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer of Peoples Bancorp Inc. since April 09, 2007. She served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Peoples Bancorp Inc. until May 2008. She served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Peoples Bank since April 2007. She oversaw Peoples BanCorp. 's compensation, risk management and other financial and regulatory compliance programs. She has nearly 30 years experience at Peoples BanCorp. Inc. and has served in a variety of capacities during her career including as its Vice President/Operations since October 1988, as its Auditor of Peoples from August 1987 to October 1988 and Auditor of Peoples Bank from January 1986 to October 1988. She previously served as director of Peoples BanCorp. Inc.'s internal audit function.

Ms. Robyn A. Stevens has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at The Peoples Banking and Trust Company and its subsidiary Peoples Bank since June 17, 2016. Ms. Stevens oversees all credit operations and policies for Peoples Bank and direct the bank's credit approval process, lending philosophy and loan portfolio management. She has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Peoples Bancorp Inc. and Peoples Bank since June 17, 2016. Ms. Stevens served as Peoples Bank's Senior Vice President, Credit Administration, where she was responsible for managing the Peoples Bank's credit underwriting functions since 2011. She managed Peoples Bank's loan and appraisal review functions from 1997 to 2011. Ms. Stevens joined Peoples Bank in 1997 after working for five years with Bank One (now Chase Bank). She has over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and an extensive background in loan and credit administration. She is a graduate of Marietta College.

Roger Reeves serves as the Senior Vice President of Peoples Bank. Roger started at Peoples Bank in Dec of 2010. Roger currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio Area.
