When my service orders are clear and make sense as far as what is needed to be done and how to effectively complete them.
Getting yearly raises and making more than what I started out making when I was initially hired almost 4 years ago instead of making $1.55 less then when I started and my job getting harder after the company merge.
We are able to be pretty independent with making our schedules every week but we do get a certain numbers of services per store. I have 3 Walmarts I service every week. And as long as we get all orders for that week at every store we have done by the due date, things flow good.
By leadership team Im assuming this pertains to my RM and he's amazing at his jobs for all he's in charge of, which to me seems like a ton. I've never had a question he couldn't answer within minutes and I've never had to worry about My stores being covered of I couldn't visit them.
I only have met my Regional man. once but can call him at any time for any question or concern and he is very knowledge in this field & always can help me figure out a solution. I have also met and worked with 1 other coworker on a big service order. She was very helpful & we worked great together.
