What do you like best about the leadership team?

I personally have not met anyone fron the leadership team that im aware of, so naturally I like the fact i get to find out who and what that eaxctly is;]I Have to say that ive been taking note of all negatives of working for my territory. illegal misuse of authority E-MAILED HR. Im waiting 4 a reply

By leadership team Im assuming this pertains to my RM and he's amazing at his jobs for all he's in charge of, which to me seems like a ton. I've never had a question he couldn't answer within minutes and I've never had to worry about My stores being covered of I couldn't visit them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication would be most ideal

Traning and being fair. And being there for there employes. Not showing favoritism.

Proper zoning and hiring more people. Having someone specifically for training would be helpful. Not putting all of the jobs on one person.

If we're in management I would go in an get rid of them all and start fresh with an HONEST GROUP OF EMPLOYEES.
