What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally have not met anyone fron the leadership team that im aware of, so naturally I like the fact i get to find out who and what that eaxctly is;]I Have to say that ive been taking note of all negatives of working for my territory. illegal misuse of authority E-MAILED HR. Im waiting 4 a reply

My leadership team is the best because they are always willing to help me when I am confused about something.
Always there when I have a question
Strong, passionate drive to grow the people who make the company great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication would be most ideal
Traning and being fair. And being there for there employes. Not showing favoritism.
Proper zoning and hiring more people. Having someone specifically for training would be helpful. Not putting all of the jobs on one person.
If we're in management I would go in an get rid of them all and start fresh with an HONEST GROUP OF EMPLOYEES.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Manager is agressive, concerns are dismissed
The treatment of my superiors is what's making me feel undervalued. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I got bottom of the barrow pay worked hours and hours drove all over my state to get to these jobs and then get fired or not fired my hours short.
Pay me all my earning and lost in wages then maybe
They skipped paying me all together. They've sent me 2 empty cards without anything on them. Trying to get my earnings for the last 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor, skip this place. WHITE COLLAR FRAUD!!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO WTHHOLD WAGES!!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In Southwest Missouri, there's a female manager(*over 4 stores) that looped her phone to mine..Last I knew, wiretapping is against the law.

Field dont have definite coworkers in a normal sense. All of our coworkers are across the nation instead we work alone.
Be energetic but not so cut throat.
My co workers work for Walmart and are unhappy people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its walmart, smiling faces everywhere always HAPPY TO HELP!
OUr company is a left wing, progressive type company, in my view.
The freedom we have in making our own schedule

Managers need to train the way the company is suppose to be ran they are changing the company policy

Acosta is the parent company to Premium. Fire them ALL!!, change the name, and start over with a completely different group of management.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually get an interview. I kinda just walked up after getting a phone and asked for a job and they said you start in a few days.
I wouldn't recommend this monkey police department or Maryland Heights to come close to me at all. Maryland Heights and Saints Ann Police and University City police are saddest and poorest to even interact with. I mocked Joshua Stigers the Satanist of New City Fellowship University Missouri. Hell
Not that interesting. They are focused on sex and eating
Nothing is great about company
The recruiters at Premium still use the same screening form when having their first conversation with candidates that they did when I started over 8 years ago. As time passes, I feel that they should also adapt how they are recruiting. It's very robotic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with customers and being successful
Getting things done, being appreciated by the clients that I work with more so than my own company.
When everything goes smoothly and im not picking up for a bunch of people
My FREEDOM to be me and use my creativity to help pull in sales.
