It usually doesn't take much longer than a week.

Unlimited PTO that is encouraged. Rev believes in a healthy work-life balance. There is also a 1-month sabbatical after 5 years at the company.

We usually go to another state/city inside the US once a year. It's a good opportunity to get to see those that work remotely, and it's a change of pace/scenery which is good for the team to brainstorm on how to hit our goals. Definitely one of the best perks
