Mr. Trevor English, BComm, CFA has been the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Shaw Communications Inc. since March 09, 2016. Mr. English has almost 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, business development and financial analysis. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Business Planning at Shaw Communications, Inc. from April 23, 2015 to March 9, 2016 and also served as its Vice President of Capital Markets. In his 12 years at Shaw, he has played a key leadership role in all of Shaw's key corporate development activities including the acquisitions of CanWest (2010), ViaWest (2014), Wind Mobile Corp. (2016) and the sale of Shaw Media (2016). Prior to joining Shaw, he held various positions in the investment banking industry in both Canada and England. He has been Non-Independent Director of Corus Entertainment Inc. since April 13, 2016. Mr. English holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mike Sievert serves as the Director, Board of Directors of Shaw Communications. Mike started at Shaw Communications in January of 2018. Mike currently resides in Greater Seattle Area.
