Shopify – Ever since the lay-offs past May, 2023 there is a huge amount of confusion and a lack of overall direction in the team I worked. Projects are started, then paused/cancelled; making it hard to demonstrate your value as a software developer. Great emphasis on cost-cutting; including that of employees.
