Approachable, excellent leaders, who seek opportunities to help grow their teams. They don't do something just to do it, there is always a plan to make ecommerce better for the merchants. They are open to new ideas and appreciative of any contributions that make the flywheel spin!

Promised no more layoffs, 2 months later laying off 23% of the staff. Did 2 layofffs in total, with silent layoffs cut 40% of the staff
Stay in touch with ground zero. Promote and employ mature, experienced leaders

Leadership creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and leaves unanswered questions. There was insufficient information and guidance, which occasionally made tasks more intricate than necessary.
