My team is great to work with.
I have had positive and negative experiences. Sometimes the business hours have kept me from attending events or spending time with my family, but at the same time I am compensated well for my time and that allows the ability to enjoy and financially support my family and enjoy the time we do share
There is no respect for personal time. priorities are constantly changing resulting in wasted work, which comes at the sacrifice of personal life and leadership doesn't value. The executive team is driven by monetary compensation, and that does not meaningfully trickle down. Misaligned incentives.
