Despite unpredictable times, Momentive has been a great workplace. I'm proud to work with my colleagues and feel supported and trusted, and I have that same trust in others.
I joined during the pandemic and have felt supported from day 1. My manager is also amazing and she supports my growth every step of the way. I am always given the opportunity to work on the things that I enjoy and get to use my strengths almost every day.
I have been here over 5 years and the opportunity to continue to have an impact, develop as a professional and try new things is so rewarding.
This is a company with the benefit of 20+ years of experience, a ton of business opportunity ahead, and an amazing team of people (including leadership). It's a rarity in tech, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Momentive as a great place to work.

Morale is extremely strong. The executive leadership has turned over in the last two years due to our growth and goals but the new team is fantastic.
