Overall, my time there was not great. The only thing I could look forward too was my lunch. I did not hate the job itself, but rather the management, which made it horrible.
The Aldo group company has proven to stand up to you there Cora values. Over 85% of their CEOs/corporate managers/district managers all started at the bottom. Working your way up and promoting within is one of their main core value(s). Companies who promote based on performance earn my respect.
9.5 years and thrown out like trash. They definitely know how to use and abuse people here. They hide behind the private ownership
