Yes. But that's just wahtvit was like working there. Retail jobs are very stressful. Some days i had to work the entire floor alone during the weekends, there was barely any recognition for that. Also, they only care what store look like whrn the head office announces its going to visit.
Unclear set of expectations for growth, the corporate ambiguity, lack of transferable skills, team dynamics limited, lack of focus on innovation, everyone's bubbled in their spot
Management made me feel unvalued and replaceable. Not how they should be treating one of their hardest working and dedicated employees.

The things that i like with my team are: The Camaraderie, collaboration within the store, and also the sense of support that comes with working with a team. I also enjoy the give and take collaboration which equates to share ideas and work towards a common goal
Team is open to reaching out to others who need help, you will never be turned away by a neighboring store. Our company culture is very strong and everybody embodies the same core values.

There was al lot of unruliness. Vaping in the backstore, coming to work high and long breaks without concern for who's having to stay alone to attend to customers. Also, hanging out with firends while working.
I can't blame the coworkers but everyone's sort of lost hope. Work satisfaction isn't a thing and that shows. Everyone is eager to leave work
The management needs to be clear on what our tasks are so that we can cooperate better.

The most positive things that i look at is: Diverse teams: i like how my team is very diverse and multi talented which is a bonus because we can come up with unique solutions. Team synergy is another factor becuause this allows different perspectives on how to be creative and produce results.
Celebration and the constant reminder of the fact that at the end of the day it's JUST shoes, we are all here because we choose to be customers included. We have programs in place too to recognize success. The company is invested in you fully, through our HO internship and competition programs

There is no work life balance.
Managers need to learn that there are consequences for their actions
Treat employees like people. This is more of a comment for management than it is for coworkers. It seems management is trained to be alienated from the people they are supposed to manage.
