My district and regional managers always listen and truly put the growth of their people at the forefront of their work. Anybody with potential and a willingness to invest their talent is never stuck in place.

The Aldo group company has proven to stand up to you there Cora values. Over 85% of their CEOs/corporate managers/district managers all started at the bottom. Working your way up and promoting within is one of their main core value(s). Companies who promote based on performance earn my respect.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Invest in your employees, so they stay long enough to want to become management
Communication and concern for employees. 50% off on cheap shoes isnt enough to want to jeep working there, sorry.
Their dispensable attitude towards employees needs to change
not contradicting the message, treating everyone equally and backing up the mission statements with action
