Travelport HR is embedded with each line of business. So, there is no neutrality. It’s a severely biased bunch.
How innovative is Travelport?
Travelport tries hard to go through the motions of innovation. However, generally they fail. In the two years I’ve worked there thy have gone through at lest two company wide reorganization with many more department reorganizations sprinkled in, in the persuit of innovation. However, I’ve never seen it succeed. Meanwhile, they cut teams that had worked hard to push fresh and innovative perspectives.

The company is extremely flexible in the location I work. If I need to go to a doctor's appointment, I can make up the time.
What are you most excited about working at Travelport?

I was most excited about assisting in an Agile transformation, however, that seems to have stalled. There have been a lot of changes and most of the good ideas we've had seem to get lost in the mix of all the changes.
