What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and makes an effort to communicate big picture.
They communicate with the entire organization often so we always know what the overall objectives are as well as how we're doing as a collective team.

Bring in some fresh blood
They are good at what they were hired for, which is to make returns for the private equity owners - now. Unfortunately, Travelport needs operational leaders interested in the long-term success of the organization, and that is not the focus of our leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is okay but nothing more

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of complexity, change and demand for not getting our bonuses
This is an extremely high risk environment due to the ownership changes and our position at the bottom of the GDS industry. With this level of risk, compensation should be higher.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More real innovation and treating all customers as being valued
A real, articulable strategy that aligns leadership and staff. Our strategy consists of platitudes and window dressing, and has seemingly little to do with what the organization's priorities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Chance to interact with future team members in a casual setting (lunch), where they felt free to share their unvarnished opinions.

Capital structure of the company has to change in order to increase investment and innovation. We are far behind the industry, and seem to think we can talk ourselves out of the hole.
Not Qualified with horrible morals and self orientated. Need a new administration.
