Mr. A. William Schenck, III, also known as Bill, co-founded Tristate Capital Bank, Inc. in 2006 and served its President. Mr. Schenck also co-founded Tristate Capital Holdings, Inc. 2007 and served as its President since 2007. Mr. Schenck served as Secretary of Banking, State of Pennsylvania since January 2003. He has spent more than 30 years working in the banking industry. Mr. Schenck served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tradenable Inc., a financial service company from August 2000 to August 2001. Mr. Schenck served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fleet Mortgage Corp. (formerly, Fleet Mortgage Group, Inc.), a mortgage company from December 1997 to August 2000. Mr. Schenck served as Vice Chairman of Great Western Financial Corp. since 1996, after joining Great Western on August 1, 1995. He held various executive positions with Great Western Financial Corp., a thrift savings company from August 1995 to August 1997 and various executive positions with PNC Financial Corporation, a national banking company from May 1969 to August 1995. Mr. Schenck was in charge of the Retail Banking, Real Estate Services and Great Western Financial Securities Corporation. Prior to joining Great Western Financial Corp., he served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at PNC Bank Corp., a position he held since 1991. Mr. Schenck's career with PNC Bank Corp. and predecessor, Pittsburgh National Bank, spanned 26 years. He has been Vice Chairman of Tristate Capital Holdings, Inc. since January 2013 and its Director since 2006. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Tristate Capital Bank, Inc. Mr. Schenck served as Director of Wiser Oil Company since 1986. He served as a Director of Tradenable from August 2000 to August 2001. Mr. Schenck served as a Director of Fleet Mortgage Corp. from December 1997 to August 2000. He is a member of the Western Pennsylvania community and has been on the boards of numerous civic and charitable organizations.

He has been Director of Tristate Capital Holdings, Inc. and Tristate Capital Bank, Inc. since 2006. He holds BS in Business from Providence College and MBA from Babson College.

Mr. David J. Demas has been the Chief Financial Officer of TriState Capital Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2018 and served as its Executive Vice President of Finance since August 2017 until January 1, 2018. Mr. Demas served as senior Partner of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He has more than 25 years of deep financial services industry and leadership experience serving Deloitte's largest, most prominent and complex banking, securities, asset management and finance technology clients. He is a Western Pennsylvania native and an active Member of the community. He currently serves on the Board of the Habitat for Humanity Foundation and is a past Member of the University of Pittsburgh Business School Accounting Advisory Board and the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where he also served as Vice President of Finance. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
